About the event

$50 / YARD LINE  —  12 CHANCES TO WIN! The Marblehead High School All Sports Boosters are happy to announce an exciting new fundraising opportunity for the 2024 football season!

Here’s how “Buy the Yard Line” works:

  • Purchase a yard line (or several yard lines! Limit of 6 per family, please) at Piper Field and “own” it for the four Varsity HOME games throughout the 2024 season.
  • Each yard line is $50.00. Similar to Super Bowl squares, line assignments (99 available yards) will be drawn from a hat and shared prior to the first home game (Friday, Sept 20th).
  • Lines will be broken down by the East (Post Office) and West (Snack Shed) Goal Lines 1-49 and the 50 yard line. A total of 99 lines may be sold.
  • There will be three winners per football game. The winners will be determined by the yard line the football is marked at the end of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters according to the scoreboard.
  • If a team scores on the last play of either the 1st, 2nd or 3rd quarter, the winning amount will “push” to the next quarter winner, doubling their winnings.
  • Otherwise, each winner will be awarded $200 if the ball is marked on their designated yard line at the end of the 1st, 2nd or 3rd quarter.
  • Winners will be announced during the game at the end of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters. Winners will receive an email and checks will be issued and mailed the week following the game.
  • You do NOT need to be present to win.
  • Piper Field home games include:· Friday, September 20 at 7pm (Shepherd Hill)· Thursday, October 10 at 7pm (Beverly)· Friday, September 18 at 7pm (Peabody)· Friday, September 25 at 7pm (Masco)
